The Wright Brothers
Life was really cool.
They lived in Dayton
And there they went to school.
They started out as printers and printed it all
That how they found out
About Otto Lilienthal.
Then they owned a bicycle shop
But their study of flight did not stop.
In 1903 they went to Kill Devil Hill
And what they did was really a thrill.
The flying machine went up in the air
For 59 seconds it stayed there.
Then they went home to Dayton again
and celebrated with their kin.
In 1905
To Huffman Prairie they went
And flew their plane for 38 minutes
Without a descent.
Now a century of flight
The world has seen
To the moon and back
Weren't the Wright Brothers keen?
